Ans: Yes, deliveries are made to all parts of the country. As you place your order, you would be required to provide your location. This is to enable us make the requisite arrangements to deliver on time.

Ans: You can cancel an order from 5 days before the date you expect the products to be delivered. This is to enable us work on your request and effect a timely cash refund.

Ans: Yes, you are entitled to a refund should you consider to cancel your order. You are, however, expected to provide the following information:

*Bank details (Account name, Account number, Name of Bank and Branch) if payment was done using a card (VISA/MasterCard)
*For Mobile Money, cash will be refunded to your Mobile Money wallet/number. Once these conditions have been met, you will receive a refund, less any transfer charges incurred.
